Opening Ceremony
We are delighted to announce that Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has accepted our invitation to deliver the Inaugural address at the WOCMAP III Opening Ceremony, which will take place in the morning of Monday, 3 February 2003. We consider this the great honour for all of us. Due to the Royal protocol all attendees must be in the hall by 8.30 am. You are kindly requested to proceed to Kad Theatre, Lotus Hotel Pang Suan Kaew, if you wish to attend the ceremony. In order to attend the opening ceremony you will have to present your namebadge at the gateway. Therefore you are recommended to visit the registration desk to pick up your welcome pack prior to the Opening Ceremony.
Transportation from the Chiang Mai International Airport
From 1-- 3 February 2003, there will be the shuttle bus service for the WOCMAP III delegates from Chiang Mai International Airport to the four hotels: Lotus Hotel Pang Suan Kaew, Chiang Mai Orchid, Amari Rincome and Holiday Garden. Please proceed to WOCMAP III hospitality desk at the airport.
